How do I get a Shipping quote?
The best way to find out how much it costs to deliver to your location is to add a few products to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. From here you can enter your address and click the drop down box to see what shipping options are available to you. Each shipping option has a price and an approximate delivery time.
Some items are cheap to ship, while others are surprisingly expensive. Usually, this is due to the size and weight of your chosen products. We ship using Royal Mail in the UK and internationally.
Although Royal Mail will send parcels up to 20kg in weight within the UK, if you are thinking of placing a large order up to 20kg we would recommend contacting us to arrange a quote for a courier service as this will often be better value and allow your order to be tracked to your door, for added peace of mind and security.
We will only charge what it costs us to ship an item. We will not make any profit on shipping costs, although shipping costs are subject to change due to the postal services that we use.
Please note that the items in the catalogue have a weight multiplier (20%) applied to ensure that an order will not be overweight for the shipping method chosen. However, if the final package weight is less than that which is calculated at the checkout, we will refund you the difference.
The majority of orders over £150 will be delivered by Courier for a fixed fee, which we do recommend.
International parcels have a weight limit of 2kg for Royal Mail services so in order to ship larger orders, we would recommend contacting us to arrange a quote for a courier service. Alternatively, we can arrange to split the order into multiple packages, depending on which gives you the best price and security.
REST OF THE WORLD:
As with European parcels, there is a 2kg weight limit for Royal Mail services. For larger orders, we would recommend contacting us to arrange a quote for a courier service. Alternatively, we can arrange to split the order into multiple packages, depending on which gives you the best price and security.
Australia and New Zealand:
Australia and New Zealand are very expensive to ship parcels to, but we will do our best to offer the best deal possible. Orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail International; for orders over 2kg it is recommended to contact us for a courier service quote. Alternatively, we can arrange to split the order into multiple packages, depending on which gives you the best price and security.
Regulations currently prevent us from shipping pressurised containers by air as Royal Mail cannot accept packages containing aerosols, so at present we are unable to ship spray cans outside of the UK.
We aim to dispatch all “In Stock” orders within 48 hours of cleared payment, although in exceptional circumstances dispatch may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Once that happens, shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. In general, delivery times to UK addresses takes 2-4 business days, Europe takes 3-10 business days with the Rest of the World taking between 5-15 days.
Regretfully we are unable to ship to addresses in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Burma (Myanmar), China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea (Conakry), Guinea- Bissau, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, North Korea, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Ukraine (Crimea/Sebastopol) and Zimbabwe.. Orders made to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
