Formulated from the same paint that makes up The Army Painter Colour Primers, this Brush-On Primer comes in an 18ml Dropper bottle and is ideal for applying whole undercoats with a brush in those situations where a spray undercoat isn’t possible or practical.  Provides excellent coverage prior to the application of basecoats and highlights.
